Paragraph 4The Company may change features and analysis methods to improve service quality and accuracy, and matters related to the processing of personal information shall be governed by the Privacy Policy.
Article 10 (Paid Services and Payment)
Paragraph 1Paid Services and Payment
- 1.The Company may provide paid services such as assessments, content, and online and offline programs. The content, pricing, terms of provision, and refund conditions of services shall be governed by the information displayed on the purchase screen or separately provided.
- 2.Users must verify the content and pricing of services before purchase, and after payment approval, the Company shall provide services according to the conditions displayed on the purchase screen.
- 3.Payments may be processed through payment service providers designated by the Company, including Toss Payments Inc. Available payment methods and payment conditions are displayed on the payment screen.
- 4.Payment approval, order status verification, and payment error handling are conducted based on the processing results of the payment service provider and the Company's order information. If payment failure, duplicate payment, or order status discrepancy occurs, the Company shall take necessary measures after verification.
- 5.Cancellations and refunds are processed according to whether services have been provided, the delivery status of digital content, conditions disclosed at the time of purchase, and applicable laws. These Terms do not limit users' rights guaranteed by applicable laws.
- 6.If an assessment report has been provided, eligibility and scope for refunds shall be determined according to the content of services actually provided, delivery status, and applicable laws. The mere fact that delivery of digital content has begun does not automatically exclude rights such as withdrawal of offer recognized under applicable laws.
- 7.Refunds are processed in principle through the original payment method, and the actual refund completion time may vary depending on the payment service provider's policies and processing procedures.
- 8.The Company may process information necessary for payment processing, including order number, payment identification information, payment amount, payment date and time, payment status, and cancellation/refund processing information. Specific details of items processed and retention periods shall be governed by the Privacy Policy.
- 9.Paid services are divided into single-session programs and multi-session programs consisting of two or more sessions, and the Company provides the schedule, total number of sessions, fees, and refund criteria on the application page.
Paragraph 2Cancellation of Program Applications and Refunds
- 1.This paragraph applies to online and offline programs provided by the Company for a fee. Programs are divided into single-session programs and multi-session programs consisting of two or more sessions, and the Company provides the schedule, total number of sessions, fees, and refund criteria on the application page.
- 2.Users may request cancellation of an application and a refund through the application cancellation function on the website or through the customer inquiry channel designated by the Company. The reference time for refunds is the time the cancellation request reaches the Company, not the time it is confirmed or answered by staff.
- 3.If a user cancels an application for personal reasons, refunds are made according to the following criteria.
- a.Before the program starts: the full amount actually paid is refunded. For multi-session programs, the start time is the scheduled start time of the first session.
- b.After the program starts: the balance remaining after deducting the amount corresponding to the portion provided up to the time the cancellation request is received is refunded from the amount actually paid.
- c.After the entire program has ended: no refunds are made for a simple change of mind or personal reasons. However, rights to withdraw an offer, cancel a contract, or claim damages under applicable laws are not restricted.
- 4.The refund amount under item 3 is calculated according to the following criteria.
- a.If the amount for each session is the same, the amount actually paid divided by the total number of sessions is applied as the amount for each session.
- b.If the amount for each session differs, the per-session amount disclosed before payment is applied. If a discount was applied to the total payment amount, the same discount rate is reflected in each session.
- c.If a cancellation request is received while a session is in progress, the amount for that session is calculated in proportion to the time elapsed up to the time of receipt out of the total scheduled duration.
- d.Refunds are not recalculated at the regular pre-discount price, and no costs not disclosed in advance or separate cancellation penalties are deducted.
- 5.If the Company provides a program normally according to the schedule and content disclosed in advance but the user is absent or late for personal reasons, that portion is deemed to have been provided. However, portions not provided after the cancellation request is received are not treated as absences, and this item does not apply if the user could not participate due to reasons attributable to the Company.
- 6.If a program is canceled or suspended due to the Company's circumstances, the full amount actually paid is refunded before the start, and the amount corresponding to the portion not provided is refunded after the start. If the Company changes the schedule, venue, format, or main content, it will notify users in advance, and if a user requests cancellation because they do not agree to the change, the amount for the portion that could not be used due to the change and any subsequent portion not provided is refunded. Additional refunds or liability for damages under applicable laws apply separately.
- 7.The Company will inform the user of the refund amount and its calculation within 3 business days from the date the refund request is received and, in principle, will refund through the original payment method or request cancellation of the payment. If a refund must be made by another method due to the nature of the payment method, the Company will consult with the user, and the actual processing schedule of the payment institution will be provided separately. If applicable laws set a starting date or deadline for refunds, the Company will comply with that standard.
- 8.This paragraph does not restrict users' rights to withdraw an offer or terminate a contract under applicable laws. If applicable laws provide separate mandatory refund standards or a standard more favorable to users than this paragraph applies, that standard shall govern.
Article 11 (Service Changes and Suspension)
Paragraph 1The Company may modify or temporarily suspend all or part of the service in the event of service improvements, system maintenance, equipment failures, communication failures, operational necessity, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Paragraph 2The Company will provide advance notice to the extent possible when a service modification or suspension is scheduled. However, in the event of an urgent failure or unavoidable circumstances, notice may be provided after the fact.
Paragraph 3The Company shall not be liable for service interruptions due to force majeure, except where liability is recognized under applicable laws and regulations.

Article 13 (Limitation of Liability)
Paragraph 1The Company does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or suitability for a particular purpose of the information and analysis results provided in the service, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
Paragraph 2The Company shall not be liable, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, for damages arising from causes attributable to the user, errors in information provided by the user, or the user's judgment regarding service usage results.
Paragraph 3This article does not exempt the Company from liability arising from its intentional or gross negligence, or liability that cannot be limited under applicable laws and regulations.
Article 14 (Damages and Dispute Resolution)
Paragraph 1If the Company or a user violates these Terms and causes damage to the other party, the responsible party must compensate for such damage in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Paragraph 2In the event of a dispute arising in connection with the use of the service, the Company and the user shall consult in good faith for an amicable resolution.
Paragraph 3Disputes not resolved through consultation shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court shall be determined in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Article 15 (Priority of Individual Contracts)
Paragraph 1For assessments, consulting, education, and programs (hereinafter 'contract services') provided pursuant to contracts or agreements (hereinafter 'individual contracts') entered into by the Company with public institutions, universities, businesses, and others, the terms set forth in such individual contracts shall take precedence over these Terms.

- 1.Scope of service provision, terms of use, and fees
- 2.Scope of use of materials and content submitted by users
- 3.Method of providing AI-based assessment and analysis results
- 4.Retention period of submitted materials and analysis results, and return or destruction after contract termination
Paragraph 3The Company shall use materials submitted by users in contract services only within the scope of purposes specified in the individual contract and, unless otherwise specified in the individual contract, shall not use them for training and fine-tuning of AI models.
Paragraph 4Matters not specified in an individual contract shall be governed by these Terms. Even if the content of an individual contract differs from these Terms, users' rights guaranteed by applicable laws and regulations shall not be restricted.
